Profile picture & logo

Two images give your organization a face: your personal profile picture and your organization’s logo. Both are optional, and both upload the same way.

Your profile picture

Go to Settings > Account and use the Profile picture card. Choose an image, and a square preview lets you confirm the crop before you save. While the upload is in flight the avatar shows a spinner and an Uploading… label, so you can see it’s working; removing a picture shows the same progress state.

You’re also invited to set your name and picture the first time you sign in, in the onboarding About you step, and “Add a profile picture” appears in the getting-started checklist until you do. It’s always optional; you can set or change it later here at any time.

Your picture shows up wherever you appear to teammates: the account menu, the comment triage list and anywhere a member is listed. Signed-in teammates also see it in the review widget on a prototype, next to your comments and in the @mention list; guests and public viewers see your initials instead. See Comments.

Your organization’s logo

Organization admins set the logo at Settings > Organization > General, in the Logo card. The logo appears in the organization switcher, so people who belong to several orgs can tell them apart at a glance.

Formats and size

• Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image up to 5 MB.
• Profile pictures are cropped to a square. Check the preview before saving.
• Organization logos keep the full mark visible.
• Upload the image to Artor. A link to an image hosted elsewhere isn’t accepted, and neither is another member’s picture or another organization’s logo.

Removing an image

Both cards let you remove the current image. Your profile picture falls back to your initials on a colored chip; the org logo falls back to the org’s monogram.
